Creating a world where opportunity is not limited by disability for our 8,716 athletes across the state of Maryland, is and remains Special Olympics Maryland's sole focus. While the COVID-19 situation has postponed all of our in-person activities, we're not letting that stop us from providing inclusive experiences. Virtual MOVEment is our hub for virtual exercise sessions and social clubs, wellness advice, cooking recipes, and fun games to play at home. We encourage every member of the Special Olympics Maryland family to participate, engage, and stay connected!

Grab your apron and join our chefs in creating delicious, healthy meals and snacks with ingredients you most likely already have in your pantry!

Athlete Leadership Boot Camp: Improve Skills to be a Better Leader

We will use Improvisational Games and exercises to help gain better skills at presenting ourselves in the community and at events. These will be fun and dynamic and we will learning new skills as well as improving existing skills to enhance our leadership abilities.
