Supine Hamstring Curls – 10 Reps each leg- 2 Sets

Supine Resisted Hamstring Curls- 10 Reps each leg- 2 Sets

Straight Leg Raise- 10 Reps each leg- 2 Sets

Banded Pull Apart Straight Leg Raise- 10 Reps each leg- 2 Sets

Lunges – Slow- 8-10 Repetitions 2 Sets per leg
