Athletes are welcome to this drop-in social media training that is hosted weekly. We will cover a range of platforms depending on who is on that day. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok. We will provide short assignments that allow attendees to practice their skills.

Our Movement Meetings are changing to Tuesday's and there are some other changes too, check em' out! Join alternating athlete leader hosts as they host a 30-minute training in one of the areas of Strength, Flexibility, Endurance, and Balance. These sessions will be held every two weeks on Tuesdays
