Be a part of the HIGHEST event of the year and go Over The Edge for Special Olympics Maryland. Rappellers will descend down 16 stories of 2 Bethesda Metro Center to raise funds for Special Olympics Maryland, the state’s largest year-round organization devoted to sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Be a part of the HIGHEST event of the year and go Over The Edge for Special Olympics Maryland. Rappellers will descend down 16 stories of 2 Bethesda Metro Center to raise funds for Special Olympics Maryland, the state’s largest year-round organization devoted to sports training and competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Over the Edge will allow you to work alongside a professional team to assist you the entire way down while still staying socially distant! No prior rappelling experience is required, so use Over the Edge as your excuse to get out of the house! The Over the Edge and Special Olympics Maryland team are taking proper precautions to make sure that our event in November is safe. The Over the Edge event will operate under Special Olympics Maryland/Montgomery County Return to Play protocols.
