Fam Fitness

Fam Fitness sessions are once a month fitness workouts designed with exercises to be completed together by an athlete and family member. Using Fit5 resources as a guide, the host family will lead group participants through a fun at-home workout focused on flexibility, endurance, and strength. These workouts are about 45 minutes long, so make sure to have water ready!
