Take a break mid-day and enjoy a short mindfulness meditation practice together with other athletes. Each session is only 10-15 minutes but will help charge you up for the rest of the day and the rest of the week
Slow your week down and join us for a cup of coffee, tea (or whatever you want to drink) Another opportunity to get together with friends near and far.
Take a moment and get together with old friends and maybe meet some new friends. We will share what is good in our lives and then answer a question or two about ourselves if time allows. Plus maybe if we have time there will be a 30 Second Dance Party
Self-coaching is an accessible, affordable way to get to know yourself and take control of your own career. In this course, you will learn about the benefits of self-coaching. You will explore different tools for self-assessment and address different kinds of self-doubt before developing a growth plan for professional success.
Monthly we will have presentations on topics that interest Special Olympics Maryland athletes. Join to discuss this month's topic and socialize with your SOMD friends.
The week is over and the weekend is about to begin. Take 15 minutes to unwind from everything that happened this week and get your head in a good space to enjoy your weekend.
